Mitch the Plumber is hiring a calm, organized Administrative Assistant to help manage phones, permits, scheduling, and daily office operations.This role is central to how our office runs day-to-day. You&rsquo;ll be the main point of contact for calls and coordination, helping keep projects moving smoothly between clients, builders, and our field team.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Answer and manage incoming calls</li><li>Schedule service and project work</li><li>Prepare and track plumbing permits</li><li>Schedule inspections</li><li>Maintain organized job files and documentation</li><li>Send proposals and assist with invoicing</li><li>Communicate updates to clients and builders</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For:<ul><li>Highly organized and detail-oriented</li><li>Confident on the phone and in writing</li><li>Calm in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Comfortable making small decisions without constant supervision</li><li>Strong computer skills</li></ul>Plumbing experience is not required &mdash; we&rsquo;ll teach you the trade.
