Administrative Assistant

Mitch the Plumber is hiring a calm, organized Administrative Assistant to help manage phones, permits, scheduling, and daily office operations.

This role is central to how our office runs day-to-day. You’ll be the main point of contact for calls and coordination, helping keep projects moving smoothly between clients, builders, and our field team.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer and manage incoming calls
  • Schedule service and project work
  • Prepare and track plumbing permits
  • Schedule inspections
  • Maintain organized job files and documentation
  • Send proposals and assist with invoicing
  • Communicate updates to clients and builders

What We’re Looking For:

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Confident on the phone and in writing
  • Calm in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable making small decisions without constant supervision
  • Strong computer skills

Plumbing experience is not required — we’ll teach you the trade. We’re looking for the right mindset and work ethic.

Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
