Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Marketing, Social Media &amp; Content Creator / Executive Assistant to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate is passionate about social media management, content creation, and digital marketing strategies, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive mindset to drive brand growth.Responsibilities<ul><li>Create and manage advertising campaigns on:</li><li>Meta (Facebook &amp; Instagram)</li><li>YouTube</li><li>TikTok</li><li>LinkedIn</li><li>X (Twitter)</li><li>Other social media platforms</li><li>Use AI marketing tools and platforms to improve advertising performance and content creation</li><li>Film and edit videos, reels, shorts, and promotional content</li><li>Visit job sites, businesses, properties, events, and community activities to capture photos and videos</li><li>Create engaging daily content for all social media platforms</li><li>Manage posting schedules, audience engagement, and social media growth</li><li>Monitor and optimize ad campaigns for lead generation and brand awareness</li><li>Assist with executive scheduling, organization, follow-ups, and administrative tasks</li><li>Help develop creative marketing strategies to grow multiple brands and businesses</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Experience with Meta Ads Manager and social media advertising</li><li>Experience managing YouTube and other social media platforms</li><li>Strong video editing skills (CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, or similar)</li><li>Knowledge of AI tools for marketing and content creation</li><li>Comfortable filming on-site and traveling locally for content creation</li><li>Creative thinker with strong attention to detail</li><li>Organized, reliable, and able to multitask</li><li>Excellent communication and time management skills</li><li>Reliable transportation required</li></ul>Preferred Skills<ul><li>Photography and videography experience</li><li>Experience creating viral reels, shorts, and social media content</li><li>Understanding of branding and digital marketing trends</li><li>Experience with real estate, construction, business, or community marketing is a plus</li></ul>What We Are Looking For<ul><li>Creative and professional individual</li><li>Strong work ethic and self-motivated</li><li>Tech-savvy and organized</li><li>Positive attitude and team player</li><li>Willing to grow with our company long-term</li></ul>Pay: $5,000.00 - $6,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Retirement plan</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
