Marketing, Social Media & Content Creator / Executive Assistant Marketing

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Marketing, Social Media & Content Creator / Executive Assistant to join our innovative team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to blend creative content development with strategic digital marketing, all while providing essential administrative support. You will be at the forefront of building brand awareness, engaging audiences across multiple platforms, and ensuring seamless daily operations. The ideal candidate is passionate about social media management, content creation, and digital marketing strategies, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive mindset to drive brand growth.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage advertising campaigns on:
• Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
• YouTube
• TikTok
• LinkedIn
• X (Twitter)
• Other social media platforms
• Use AI marketing tools and platforms to improve advertising performance and content creation
• Film and edit videos, reels, shorts, and promotional content
• Visit job sites, businesses, properties, events, and community activities to capture photos and videos
• Create engaging daily content for all social media platforms
• Manage posting schedules, audience engagement, and social media growth
• Monitor and optimize ad campaigns for lead generation and brand awareness
• Assist with executive scheduling, organization, follow-ups, and administrative tasks
• Help develop creative marketing strategies to grow multiple brands and businesses

Qualifications

• Experience with Meta Ads Manager and social media advertising
• Experience managing YouTube and other social media platforms
• Strong video editing skills (CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, or similar)
• Knowledge of AI tools for marketing and content creation
• Comfortable filming on-site and traveling locally for content creation
• Creative thinker with strong attention to detail
• Organized, reliable, and able to multitask
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Reliable transportation required

Preferred Skills

• Photography and videography experience
• Experience creating viral reels, shorts, and social media content
• Understanding of branding and digital marketing trends
• Experience with real estate, construction, business, or community marketing is a plus
