Position: Back up Yard Jockey / Shipping
Department: Shipping
Location: Gratz Manufacturing Plant
Pay Rate: $22.65 + $1.50 Shift Diff.
Reports to: Dept. Supervisor
Status: Full-Time/Non-Exempt
General Purpose:
Loads and unloads trucks when not moving trailers in and out of docks according to the needs of the facility, which also include the following duties;
Typical Duties and Responsibilities:<ul><li>Must have yard jockey test before they are able to operate solo.</li><li>Properly moving trailers on our property, while abiding to our 10 mile an hour speed limit.</li><li>Performing any load status yard checks as required by facility.</li><li>Visually completing safety and road worthiness of trailers on our property.</li><li>Red tag trailers if needed.</li><li>Must obey any and all applicable traffic laws and facility procedures.</li><li>Yearly MVR back ground checks.</li><li>Participating in continuous improvement processes.</li><li>Maintain an effective Preventative Maintenance Inspections.</li><li>Very physical and fast pace work environment while remaining focused on safety at all times.</li><li>Clean tops of the trailers in inclement weather conditions.</li></ul>
General Qualifications, Skills, and Abilities:<ul><li>Previous switching experience is a plus.</li><li>Must be comfortable in working in all weather conditions.</li><li>You must be available to work overtime and weekends if needed.</li><li>Safe driving record is required.</li><li>Must have good people skills when communicating with fellow team members and drivers.</li><li>Capability to stand and move frequently while performing repetitive assembly tasks.</li><li>Possess a collaborative, team-driven attitude. Team members rely on each other to complete required tasks in order to meet daily and weekly production schedules, and as a result a good attendance record and a team focus is critical.</li><li>Be quality and precision-driven, and able to follow all quality and safety requirements</li><li>Have a customer service mentality and a strong desire to meet daily production goals so the organization can meet and exceed customer expectations.</li><li>Show strong reasoning and creative problem-solving skills to overcome production challenges.</li><li>Previous experience in a team environment is a plus.</li><li>Must possess a valid PA driver&rsquo;s license.</li></ul>

Pay Range: $100,000 - $130,000 depending on relevant experience and qualifications plus 10% bonus target

MITER Brands, also known as Milgard, MI Windows &amp; Doors and PGTI is one of the nation&rsquo;s largest suppliers of vinyl windows and patio doors, with plants across the country.
MITER Brands is seeking a Brand Marketing Manager with a proven ability to translate high level business goals into actionable marketing programs and campaigns. In this role, you will develop and implement brand strategies and product and channel-specific campaigns for both MITER Brands and MI Windows and Doors, with the objective of increasing brand awareness, deepening customer engagement, and driving profitability.
You will activate the brands across multiple segments, including residential remodeling, new home construction, and multifamily, and partner closely with the VP of Brand and Channel Marketing to execute marketing strategies aligned to defined KPIs. Daily collaboration with Sales, Product Management, Engineering, and Senior Leadership will ensure that all brand marketing activities support sales growth and broader business initiatives.
Successful candidates will demonstrate a strong understanding of brand and marketing practices within the building products industry. Knowledge of sales channel dynamics, current market challenges and opportunities, and emerging trends is highly beneficial. Candidates should also exhibit strong project management skills, mastery of written communication, and the ability to independently manage multiple concurrent projects while effectively prioritizing deadlines.
Our preference is for this position to be based in one of our Eastern business units (Harrisburg, PA or Venice, FL), but a remote option will be considered for the right candidate. Please note that some travel will be required in either scenario.

Create and present training presentations for Sales and Customers to align on new marketing initiatives</li><li>
Partner with the Digital and Marketing Operations teams to monitor market performance, customer feedback, and KPIs, recommending optimizations as needed</li><li>
Monitor and document competitor activity and broader industry trends</li><li>
Prepare status reports on marketing efforts, performance, and initiatives</li></ul>
Qualifications<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience</li><li>
Minimum of 6 years of experience in B2B marketing</li><li>
Demonstrated success in developing and launching market‑leading communication programs</li><li>
Strong background in marketing strategy, print and digital marketing, lead generation, and web‑content management</li><li>
Managed vendor sourcing, contracts, and budgeting across multiple initiatives</li><li>
Working knowledge of marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot)</li><li>
Experience in the construction or building‑products industry preferred</li><li>
Experience managing a B2B marketing budget preferred</li><li>
Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines</li><li>
Prior brand or marketing management experience preferred</li><li>
Strong copywriting, editing, and proofreading skills consistent with Associated Press (AP) Style</li><li>
Excellent communication and analytical skills and the ability to work well in a team environment</li><li>
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs</li></ul>
