Job Title: Quality Assurance for Reprocessed Plastic GranulesLocation: ChennaiIndustry: Plastic Granule Manufacturing (Reprocessed PPCP, HDPE, HIPS, ABS, etc.)Experience Required: Minimum 15 years in the polymer / plastic recycling &amp; compounding industrySeeking an experienced and highly skilled professional to lead and oversee production operations in our reprocessed plastic granule manufacturing unit. The candidate will play a key role in ensuring consistent quality, efficient use of machinery, and adherence to technical parameters while driving operational excellence.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Oversee end-to-end production processes &ndash; from raw material input to final granule output (FG).</li><li>Ensure strict adherence to process parameters, quality standards, and safety protocols.</li><li>Conduct raw material testing and ensure FG quality checks are followed as per standards.</li><li>Optimize the usage of process machines to maintain efficiency and reduce downtime.</li><li>Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth plant operations.</li><li>Lead and train production teams to maintain high productivity and consistent quality.</li><li>Participate in industry events, client meetings, and exhibitions as the technical point of contact for the company.</li><li>Support management in strategic decision-making and process improvement initiatives.</li><li>Create and Maintain SOP / Process records</li></ul>Candidate Profile<ul><li>Minimum 10 years&rsquo; experience in the polymer / reprocessed plastic granule manufacturing industry.</li><li>Strong knowledge of compounding processes (PPCP, HDPE, HIPS, ABS, etc.).</li><li>Hands-on experience in raw material inspection, testing, and FG quality validation.</li><li>In-depth understanding of extruders, mixers, and other process machinery.</li><li>Proven ability to manage production teams and ensure timely output.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.</li><li>Willingness to travel/participate in technical events </li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;40,000.00 - &#8377;50,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
