Job Title: IT Support Desk Executive / IT Support Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled IT Support Desk Executive with hands-on experience in the manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for day-to-day IT support operations, ERP/CRM system management, new software implementation, and ensuring information security compliance across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L1/L2 IT support for hardware, software, network, and user-related issues across the plant and office.
• Manage and support ERP and CRM systems, including user access, troubleshooting, and coordination with vendors.
• Lead and support new system and software implementations, upgrades, testing, and user training.
• Administer and maintain Information Security Management System (ISMS) in line with ISO 27001 requirements.
• Ensure implementation and adherence to IT security policies, procedures, and controls.
• Manage CCTV systems, including monitoring, maintenance, backups, and coordination with service providers.
• Maintain IT asset inventory, licenses, and documentation.
• Coordinate with external vendors for IT infrastructure, ERP, CCTV, and security systems.
• Support data backup, recovery processes, and business continuity requirements.
• Assist in internal and external audits related to IT and information security.
• Provide user awareness and training on IT systems and information security best practices
• Unit visit- should be willing to travel to Chennai unit and Coimbatore units periodically and upgrade the networking systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT / Computer Science / Information Systems or related field.
• Proven experience working in a manufacturing or plant environment.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / Tally / Dynamics or similar).
• Experience working with CRM platforms.
• Exposure to new software/system implementation and rollouts.
• Knowledge of ISMS / ISO 27001 controls and documentation.
• Experience in handling and maintaining CCTV and surveillance systems.
• Good understanding of networking basics, servers, desktops, and IT infrastructure.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting multi-location manufacturing plants.
• Exposure to cybersecurity practices, access control, and data protection.
• Certification in ISO 27001 / ITIL / Network or System Administration is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹10,315.37 - ₹38,636.67 per month
