Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Maintain and manage day-to-day accounting operations.</li><li>Handle accounts payable/receivable and ensure timely payments.</li><li>Prepare sales invoices, e-way bills, delivery challans, and purchase invoices.</li><li>Record daily transactions, including cash and bank entries.</li><li>Perform GST filing, TDS calculations, and other tax-related compliance.</li><li>Reconcile bank statements and prepare financial reports.</li><li>Assist in payroll processing, attendance tracking, and salary sheet preparation.</li><li>Handle stock and inventory accounting.</li><li>Coordinate with auditors for tax filings and financial audits.</li><li>Manage petty cash transactions and expense tracking.</li></ul>Required Qualifications &amp; Skills:<ul><li>Educational Qualification: B.Com/M.Com or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.</li><li>Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in accounting. (This is a must)</li><li>Software Skills:</li><li>Proficiency in Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime (Mandatory).</li><li>Experience with MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data management).</li><li>Knowledge of accounting software/tools is an added advantage.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;30,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
