Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and manage day-to-day accounting operations.
- Handle accounts payable/receivable and ensure timely payments.
- Prepare sales invoices, e-way bills, delivery challans, and purchase invoices.
- Record daily transactions, including cash and bank entries.
- Perform GST filing, TDS calculations, and other tax-related compliance.
- Reconcile bank statements and prepare financial reports.
- Assist in payroll processing, attendance tracking, and salary sheet preparation.
- Handle stock and inventory accounting.
- Coordinate with auditors for tax filings and financial audits.
- Manage petty cash transactions and expense tracking.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Educational Qualification: B.Com/M.Com or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in accounting. (This is a must)
- Software Skills:
- Proficiency in Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime (Mandatory).
- Experience with MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data management).
- Knowledge of accounting software/tools is an added advantage.
