Key Responsibilities1. Placement Strategy &amp; Planning<ul><li>Design and implement placement strategies aligned with training programs and project requirements.</li><li>Set monthly/quarterly placement targets and ensure achievement.</li><li>Develop sector-wise employer mapping and placement pipelines.</li></ul>2. Industry &amp; Employer Engagement<ul><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with corporates, MSMEs, HR consultancies, and recruiters.</li><li>Organize campus interviews, job fairs, placement drives, and employer visits.</li><li>Negotiate salary packages, job roles, and joining terms with employers.</li></ul>3. Team Leadership &amp; Coordination<ul><li>Lead and monitor Placement Executives across multiple centers/locations.</li><li>Assign targets, review performance, and provide regular guidance and training.</li><li>Coordinate with Centre Heads, Trainers, and Mobilization teams.</li></ul>4. Candidate Readiness &amp; Deployment<ul><li>Ensure candidates are job-ready through employability skills, interview preparation, and grooming sessions.</li><li>Validate candidate documents, attendance, certification, and eligibility before placement.</li><li>Track candidate joining, retention, and post-placement follow-up.</li></ul>5. Reporting &amp; Compliance<ul><li>Maintain accurate placement MIS, offer letters, joining reports, and employer feedback.</li><li>Ensure compliance with project guidelines (NSDC, OSDA, CSR, Govt. schemes).</li><li>Submit periodic reports to management and funding agencies.</li></ul>6. Process Improvement &amp; Quality Control<ul><li>Analyze placement data to identify gaps and improve conversion ratios.</li><li>Implement best practices for employer satisfaction and candidate retention.</li><li>Handle employer or candidate escalations related to placement.</li></ul>Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)<ul><li>Placement percentage and number of successful joinings</li><li>Employer tie-ups and repeat recruiters</li><li>Offer-to-joining and retention ratio</li><li>Timely and accurate placement reporting</li><li>Team performance and target achievement</li></ul>Required Qualifications &amp; Experience<ul><li>Graduate / Post Graduate (HR, Management, or relevant field preferred)</li><li>5&ndash;8 years of experience in placements, recruitment, or skill development projects</li><li>Experience handling multi-location placement operations</li><li>Strong corporate networking and negotiation skills</li></ul>Skills &amp; Competencies<ul><li>Leadership &amp; team management</li><li>Corporate relations &amp; business development</li><li>Communication &amp; negotiation</li><li>Data analysis &amp; MIS reporting</li><li>Problem-solving and stakeholder management</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
