Key Responsibilities1. Placement Strategy & Planning
- Design and implement placement strategies aligned with training programs and project requirements.
- Set monthly/quarterly placement targets and ensure achievement.
- Develop sector-wise employer mapping and placement pipelines.
2. Industry & Employer Engagement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporates, MSMEs, HR consultancies, and recruiters.
- Organize campus interviews, job fairs, placement drives, and employer visits.
- Negotiate salary packages, job roles, and joining terms with employers.
3. Team Leadership & Coordination
- Lead and monitor Placement Executives across multiple centers/locations.
- Assign targets, review performance, and provide regular guidance and training.
- Coordinate with Centre Heads, Trainers, and Mobilization teams.
4. Candidate Readiness & Deployment
- Ensure candidates are job-ready through employability skills, interview preparation, and grooming sessions.
- Validate candidate documents, attendance, certification, and eligibility before placement.
- Track candidate joining, retention, and post-placement follow-up.
5. Reporting & Compliance
- Maintain accurate placement MIS, offer letters, joining reports, and employer feedback.
- Ensure compliance with project guidelines (NSDC, OSDA, CSR, Govt. schemes).
- Submit periodic reports to management and funding agencies.
6. Process Improvement & Quality Control
- Analyze placement data to identify gaps and improve conversion ratios.
- Implement best practices for employer satisfaction and candidate retention.
- Handle employer or candidate escalations related to placement.

Required Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate / Post Graduate (HR, Management, or relevant field preferred)
- 5–8 years of experience in placements, recruitment, or skill development projects
- Experience handling multi-location placement operations
- Strong corporate networking and negotiation skills
