Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead end-to-end recruitment for both blue-collar and white-collar positions, primarily supporting marine, construction, and electrical projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in project-based hiring, bulk manpower mobilization, and professional recruitment, with strong coordination and people management skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & Manpower Planning

Manage end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar (technicians, helpers, welders, electricians, riggers, fitters, etc.) and white-collar roles (engineers, supervisors, managers).

Handle bulk and urgent hiring requirements for marine and construction projects.

Coordinate with project managers and department heads to understand manpower needs and timelines.

Prepare recruitment plans based on project schedules and workforce requirements.

  • Sourcing & Selection

Source candidates through job portals, consultants, referrals, trade networks, and field recruitment.

Conduct screening, interviews, trade tests, and coordination for final selection.

Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

  • Marine / Project Hiring

Recruit manpower for marine, shipyard, port, offshore, and electrical projects.

Verify candidate documentation, certifications, trade licenses, and experience relevant to marine projects.

Coordinate mobilization, deployment, and replacements as per project requirements.

  • Vendor & Consultant Management

Manage recruitment vendors, manpower suppliers, and consultants.

Negotiate recruitment costs and ensure timely closure of positions.

Monitor vendor performance and compliances

  • Team Management

Lead and guide the recruitment team.

Set recruitment targets and ensure timely hiring.

Provide training and performance feedback to the team.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Management, or related field.
  • 5–10 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
  • Strong experience in marine, construction, or Marine project hiring.
  • Proven expertise in blue-collar and white-collar recruitment.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and project manpower compliance is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in job portals, MS Excel, and recruitment tracking tools.
