Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and motivated Journeyman Electrician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems across various facilities. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about delivering high-quality electrical solutions, we want to hear from you!Responsibilities<ul><li>Install, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems using schematics, technical manuals, and blueprints.</li><li>Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings to ensure accurate installations.</li><li>Operate testing equipment such as ohmmeters and Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) to diagnose issues and verify system functionality.</li><li>Conduct facilities maintenance tasks including lighting upgrades, wiring repairs, and system upgrades in residential, commercial, or manufacturing settings.</li><li>Perform welding tasks as needed for structural or equipment modifications.</li><li>Supervise apprentices or junior technicians on electrical projects while maintaining safety standards.</li><li>Use Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to track work orders, maintenance history, and inventory management.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Valid Journeyman Electrician license or certification with proven electrical experience in residential, commercial, or industrial environments.</li><li>Strong mechanical knowledge combined with experience reading schematics and technical diagrams.</li><li>Proficiency with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), Ohmmeters, and other diagnostic tools.</li><li>Experience with welding techniques relevant to electrical installations or repairs.</li><li>Knowledge of facilities maintenance practices including troubleshooting electrical issues in manufacturing or facility settings.</li><li>Excellent communication skills in English for clear documentation and collaboration with team members.</li><li>Supervising experience is preferred to lead projects or teams effectively.</li><li>Ability to perform physical tasks including climbing ladders, working at heights, and handling tools safely.</li><li>Customer service orientation with a focus on safety compliance and quality workmanship.
