This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to influence market success while developing your leadership and technical sales skills.Responsibilities<ul><li>Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients in the healthcare, medical, and pharmaceutical industries through regular communication and personalized service.</li><li>Conduct engaging product demonstrations to showcase features, benefits, and technical specifications of our offerings to potential clients.</li><li>Identify new business opportunities by analyzing market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities within B2B (business-to-business) environments.</li><li>Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to secure mutually beneficial agreements that align with company goals.</li><li>Manage existing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and growth through proactive follow-up and tailored solutions.</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing strategies, promotional materials, and presentations using Microsoft Office tools such as Word and PowerPoint.</li><li>Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings to enhance brand visibility and generate new leads.</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively while maintaining positive client relationships.</li><li>Excellent communication skills for clear presentations, product demos, and client interactions.</li><li>Proven experience in B2B sales within the medical or pharmaceutical sectors; familiarity with medical sales is highly desirable.</li><li>Demonstrated account management capabilities with a focus on customer service excellence.</li><li>Analytical skills to assess market data, sales trends, and customer feedback for strategic decision-making.</li><li>Leadership qualities that inspire team collaboration and drive results in outside sales environments.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word for documentation, PowerPoint for presentations, and general organizational skills for managing multiple accounts efficiently.
