Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients in the healthcare, medical, and pharmaceutical industries through regular communication and personalized service.
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations to showcase features, benefits, and technical specifications of our offerings to potential clients.
- Identify new business opportunities by analyzing market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities within B2B (business-to-business) environments.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to secure mutually beneficial agreements that align with company goals.
- Manage existing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and growth through proactive follow-up and tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing strategies, promotional materials, and presentations using Microsoft Office tools such as Word and PowerPoint.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings to enhance brand visibility and generate new leads.
