We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Architectural Draftsman with strong knowledge of AutoCAD and 3D Rendering to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate drawings, creating high-quality 3D visualizations, coordinating submissions to various authorities, and supporting project execution through site measurements and client meetings.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Prepare architectural drawings using AutoCAD, including plans, sections, elevations, and details.</li><li>Develop 3D models and renderings for design presentation and approvals.</li><li>Prepare and submit drawings and documents to relevant authorities (municipality, developers, consultants, etc.) and follow up until approval.</li><li>Conduct site visits to collect accurate measurements and verify existing conditions.</li><li>Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to understand project requirements.</li><li>Attend client meetings and assist in design discussions and revisions.</li><li>Revise drawings based on site conditions, authority comments, and client feedback.</li><li>Maintain organized records of drawings, submissions, and approvals.</li></ul>Requirements &amp; Skills:<ul><li>Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory).</li><li>Experience in 3D modeling and rendering software (such as SketchUp, Lumion, D5, 3ds Max, or similar).</li><li>Ability to take accurate site measurements and prepare as-built drawings.</li><li>Good communication skills for client and site coordination.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Fresher can apply</li><li>Minimum 2&ndash;5 years of relevant experience (can be adjusted as per your requirement).</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Dubai</li></ul>Employment Type:<ul><li>Full-time</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
