Architectural Draughtsman

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Architectural Draftsman with strong knowledge of AutoCAD and 3D Rendering to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate drawings, creating high-quality 3D visualizations, coordinating submissions to various authorities, and supporting project execution through site measurements and client meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare architectural drawings using AutoCAD, including plans, sections, elevations, and details.
• Develop 3D models and renderings for design presentation and approvals.
• Prepare and submit drawings and documents to relevant authorities (municipality, developers, consultants, etc.) and follow up until approval.
• Conduct site visits to collect accurate measurements and verify existing conditions.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to understand project requirements.
• Attend client meetings and assist in design discussions and revisions.
• Revise drawings based on site conditions, authority comments, and client feedback.
• Maintain organized records of drawings, submissions, and approvals.

Requirements & Skills:

• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory).
• Experience in 3D modeling and rendering software (such as SketchUp, Lumion, D5, 3ds Max, or similar).
• Ability to take accurate site measurements and prepare as-built drawings.
• Good communication skills for client and site coordination.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
