Modern Maintenance, Inc. is hiring housekeepers in a professional setting.

Wage: $16/hr. + $250 Sign-On Bonus after 4 months of employment with perfect attendance. 
Shift: 5:00PM - 1:00AM, Monday - Friday 
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Empty trash containers</li>
<li>Clean bathrooms</li>
<li>Vacuum all carpeted floors</li>
<li>Dust, mop, and sweep hard floors</li>
<li>Dust all horizontal surfaces high and low</li>
<li>Remove fingerprints and marks from glass and stainless-steel surfaces</li>
<li>Maintain the cleanliness of closets and storage areas</li>
<li>Notify supervisor of any problems</li>
<li>Perform other janitorial duties as required</li>
</ul>
Physical and Other Requirements
<ul>
<li>Reliable transportation and strong attendance record</li>
<li>Professional and well-groomed appearance</li>
<li>Must be able to lift/push/pull up to 50 pounds</li>
<li>Must be able to stand/walk for the entirety of the shift</li>
</ul>
