Recruiter

We are looking for a recruiter to join our team!

Hours: 8:30AM-5:00PM, Monday-Friday

Pay: $47,000/yr Salary

• Recruit the best candidates by screening resumes and interviewing applicants.
• Professionally and accurately provide support to applicants through the onboarding process.
• Communicate with leadership and management team on open positions.
• Perform background checks and verify new hire information, including I-9 documentation.
• Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
• Assist with Hiring Fairs
• Community outreach
• Assist with Social Media

Requirements:

• At least one year office work or recruitment required.
• Must have a strong attendance record.
• Display professional, respectful attitude and have good communication skills.
• Must be a team player and have the ability to be flexible and adaptable to rapid changes in processes and requisition volumes.
• Basic level of Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
