 The Business Excellence Manager drives a culture of excellence across the organization by implementing and governing excellence frameworks, process improvement initiatives, and performance management systems. The role ensures measurable improvements, alignment with strategic objectives, and sustainable operational effectiveness across all business units, including Asset Management, Property Management, Community Management, and Facilities Management.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 
 Excellence Frameworks &amp; Standards
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Develop, implement, and maintain organizational excellence frameworks (EFQM, global best practices).
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure alignment with internal policies, regulations, and national excellence standards.
 </li>
 <li>
 Facilitate internal assessments and readiness programs for excellence awards.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Process Definition, Improvement &amp; Operational Efficiency
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Map, define, and optimize processes via platforms like ARIS.
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead end-to-end process reviews using Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement.
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify inefficiencies, implement improvement initiatives, and facilitate Kaizen events.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with IT/digital teams on automation opportunities and solutions.
 </li>

 Technology &amp; Digital Transformation

 Leverage digital tools to improve business excellence, process efficiency, and performance management.

 Develop corporate KPIs, scorecards, and reporting systems.

 Qualifications:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s in Business Administration, Engineering, Quality Management, or related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 Master&rsquo;s or MBA preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt.
 </li>
 <li>
 EFQM Assessor certification.
 </li>
 <li>
 ISO Lead Auditor / Quality Management certification.
 </li>
 <li>
 Project Management Professional (PMP).
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Experience:

 7&ndash;10 years in business excellence, operational excellence, quality, or performance management.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in Asset, Property, Community, or Facilities Management.

 The Senior Associate &ndash; General Ledger
 
 will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of the organization&rsquo;s general ledger accounts by processing journal entries, performing reconciliations, and supporting month-end and year-end financial close activities. This role ensures that financial records are compliant with applicable accounting principles, internal controls, and company policies, serving as a critical link between transactional finance and financial reporting.

 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.

 A professional certification such as CPA, CA, or ACCA will be an added advantage.

 Minimum 5 to 6 years of experience in accounting, with hands-on accounting experience; experience in a shared services or group environment is a plus.

 Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., Oracle Fusion, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics).

 Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, reconciliations).

 General Ledger Management

 Prepare accurate and timely journal entries (accruals, adjustments, reclassifications).
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts monthly, including bank reconciliations, prepaid expenses, accrued liabilities, and intercompany balances.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist in the monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes to ensure deadlines are met.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Reporting &amp; Analysis
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Support the preparation of trial balances and financial statements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist in preparing internal management reports, variance analyses, and audit schedules.
 </li>

 Ensure accurate postings to the general ledger and coordinate corrections where necessary.
