As a dispatcher, you are the central hub managing the routes, schedules, and personnel (drivers) involved in a transport job.</li><li>Who you serve (The Foreign Company): The company you are working for is likely the actual carrier (owning the trucks) or a larger logistics company. Your role is to manage their fleet operations efficiently.</li><li>Key Responsibilities:</li><li>Assigning Loads: Finding loads/jobs for drivers to haul.</li><li>Routing: Planning the most efficient routes.</li><li>Scheduling: Setting pickup and delivery times.</li><li>Tracking: Monitoring the location and status of shipments and drivers.</li><li>Problem Solving: Handling unexpected issues like breakdowns, delays, traffic, or border/customs problems.</li></ul>2. The Customer Base (Foreign Customers)<ul><li>Who they are: These are the companies (shippers or receivers) that need goods moved&mdash;manufacturers, retailers, distributors, etc. They are paying for the service.</li><li>What they need: They require real-time updates, reliability, and clear communication regarding their freight.</li></ul>3. The Workforce (Foreign Drivers)<ul><li>Who they are: These are the professional truck drivers who are executing the transport tasks.</li><li>What they need: They require clear, concise, and timely instructions about where to go, what to pick up/drop off, and what documentation is needed.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
