1.Process purchase requisitions / orders within purchasing authority.</p><p>
2.Invite, assess, and award/recommend supplier tenders, bids, quotations, and proposals.</p><p>
3.Establish and negotiate contract terms and conditions and maintain supplier relationships.</p><p>
4.Work with internal and external stakeholders to determine procurement needs, quality, and delivery requirements.</p><p>
5.Assist in the development of specifications for equipment, materials, and services to be purchased.</p><p>
6.Administer contract performance, including delivery, receipt, warranty, damages, and insurance.</p><p>
7.Comply with and maintain knowledge of applicable rules, legislation, regulations, standards, and best practices.</p><p>
8.Prepare Annual procurement plan in coordination with respected departments.</p><p>
9.Perform travel arrangements such as hotel, flight, transfers bookings.</p><p>
10.Provide information in accordance with established procedures and policies</p><p>
11.Refer problems requiring administrative or operational answers to appropriate administrators.</p><p>
12.Electronically maintain records and generate lists, reports and other materials.</p><p>
13.Reference developmental policies and review and edit communication in and out of the Administrative Affairs&rsquo; Office.</p><p>
14.Coordinate with the other departments for their requirements and respond to all related email inquiries and direct such inquiries to appropriate staff.</p><p>
15.Ensure coordination in communications between all departments within the department.</p><p>
16. Develop and maintain constructive and cooperative working relationships with colleagues and management.</p><p>
17. Prepare and maintain purchasing records, reports and price lists and coordinate supplies and materials.</p><p>
18. Prepare and process requisitions according to established guidelines.</p><p>
19. Maintain and prepare budget information.</p><div><br>

Qualifications</p><p>
Bachelor degree from an accredited university.</p><p>
Preferably with:</p><ul><li>Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply Diploma (CIPS)</li></ul><p></p><p><br>
Experience</p><p>
3-5 years of experience in a related field, preferably with Knowledge of procurement processes, policy, and systems.</p></div></div><div></div>

Administrative Affairs Officer

<p></p><div><div><p>1. Prepare the School to deal with the standards and conditions of academic accreditation programs through communication, training and awareness activities.</p><p>
2. Coordinate all aspects of academic accreditations with the Ministry of Education and any other relevant accreditation initiatives.</p><p>
3. Support the Department Director to develop, design, administer, and analyze MBRSG&rsquo;s wide surveys related to institutional effectiveness.</p><p>
4. Support the Department Director to assess and review policies and procedures to its latest version.</p><p>
5. Collate and prepare annual reports such as the Fact-book, statistics and data to meet the requirements of academic accreditation and the Center for Higher Education Data and Statistics (CHEDS).</p><p>
6. Participate as an integral part of the audit team, exhibit ownership, follow through initiative, awareness and effective communication with peers and management.</p><p>
7. Conduct business analysis for the section by collecting and evaluating data, and prepare data reports on the performance of business units in order to identify strengths and areas for improvement or development.</p><p>
8. Support the business by providing analysis services through documenting and analyzing non conformity (NCR).</p><p>
9. Work with the internal audit team to analyze causes for the NCR and help other departments closing their NCR and to follow their corrective and preventive actions frequently and before any audit event.</p><p>
10. Support the quality documentation by verifying its quality policies and objectives, including a quality manual with a system of procedures and instructions, as well as maintaining required quality records and providing information necessary to operate all processes in the quality system effectively and efficiently.</p><p>
11. Support all Units in their self-assessments activities to highlight gaps and barriers that face excellence and quality.</p><p>
12. Feasibility Studies: Research on key development drivers and risks facing the business whilst providing supporting analysis, benchmarks and feasibility studies to facilitate the development of School academic programs.</p><div><br>

Qualifications</b></p><div></div><p><br>
Qualifications:</p><p>
Bachelor Degree or higher in Quality Management, preferably with a professional Quality Management Certification like ISO.</p><p></p><p><br>
Experience:</p><p>
3-7 years&rsquo; experience in quality assurance institutional effectiveness preferably within an academic institution.</p></div></div><div></div>

Institutional Effectiveness Specialist

<p></p><div><div><p>1. Set up computer equipment, schedule maintenance and &ldquo;train&rdquo; users of the systems to make appropriate and safe usage of the IT infrastructure.</p><p>
2. End-user&rsquo;s hardware and software installation, configuration, troubleshooting and repair for AV system, Computers, Printers, Telecommunication and Network Equipment.</p><p>
3. IT asset inventory and status reports, including decommission activities.</p><p>
4. Setup and operate AV/System equipment used for events, such as microphones, projectors, sound equipment for events, presentations, meetings, conventions and media coverage.</p><p>
5. Setup, operate and maintain Printers/MFP&rsquo;s, manage Ysoft Safe-Q print solution system and badge printing for events and staff.</p><p>
6. Troubleshoot hardware and software issues in-person (on site), remotely and via phone</p><p>
7. Assist personnel with installation, configuration and ongoing usability of system hardware and software</p><p>
8. Offer daily operations and systems support to personnel</p><p>
9. Assist employees with computer problems and answer their quires</p><p>
10. Maintain records/logs of repairs and fixes and maintenance schedule follow-up with the vendors for repairs/new order including printer cartridges etc.</p><p>
11. Organize and schedule upgrades and maintenance without deterring others from completing their work, Conduct survey to make hardware software is up to date.</p><div><br>

Diploma or Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Information Technology from an accredited university, preferably with Certification in:</p><ul><li> CompTIA A+</li><li> Microsoft Certified IT Professional)</li></ul><p></p><p><br>
Experience:</p><p>
2+ years&rsquo; experience in computer networks and systems maintenance.</p></div></div><div></div>
