1. Prepare the School to deal with the standards and conditions of academic accreditation programs through communication, training and awareness activities.
2. Coordinate all aspects of academic accreditations with the Ministry of Education and any other relevant accreditation initiatives.
3. Support the Department Director to develop, design, administer, and analyze MBRSG’s wide surveys related to institutional effectiveness.
4. Support the Department Director to assess and review policies and procedures to its latest version.
5. Collate and prepare annual reports such as the Fact-book, statistics and data to meet the requirements of academic accreditation and the Center for Higher Education Data and Statistics (CHEDS).
6. Participate as an integral part of the audit team, exhibit ownership, follow through initiative, awareness and effective communication with peers and management.
7. Conduct business analysis for the section by collecting and evaluating data, and prepare data reports on the performance of business units in order to identify strengths and areas for improvement or development.
8. Support the business by providing analysis services through documenting and analyzing non conformity (NCR).
9. Work with the internal audit team to analyze causes for the NCR and help other departments closing their NCR and to follow their corrective and preventive actions frequently and before any audit event.
10. Support the quality documentation by verifying its quality policies and objectives, including a quality manual with a system of procedures and instructions, as well as maintaining required quality records and providing information necessary to operate all processes in the quality system effectively and efficiently.
11. Support all Units in their self-assessments activities to highlight gaps and barriers that face excellence and quality.
12. Feasibility Studies: Research on key development drivers and risks facing the business whilst providing supporting analysis, benchmarks and feasibility studies to facilitate the development of School academic programs.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree or higher in Quality Management, preferably with a professional Quality Management Certification like ISO.
Experience:
3-7 years’ experience in quality assurance institutional effectiveness preferably within an academic institution.
