Job Title: Office BoyJob Summary:The Service Boy provides administrative and logistical support to employees and visitors in the office. This includes cleaning duties, serving beverages, assisting with document distribution, and managing daily tasks to ensure smooth and efficient operations.Main Responsibilities:Hospitality: Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages to visitors and employees.Cleanliness and Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness of the office, including offices, kitchens, and restrooms, and ensure the availability of necessary supplies.Logistics Support: Assist with the distribution of internal and external documents and mail.Management of Daily Tasks: Perform tasks such as purchasing office supplies, photocopying, binding, and refilling paper in printers.Reception: Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate locations.Required Qualifications:Ability to work independently and organize daily tasks effectively.Ability to assume responsibility.Good communication skills.Practice and presentable.Flexibility and willingness to perform various tasks as needed.Education and Experience:Previous experience in a similar field is preferred.Job Type: Full-timePay: BD100.000 - BD130.000 per month
