Job summaryThe Managing Partner is responsible for the overall direction, performance, and growth of the firm. This role combines executive leadership, business development, financial oversight, and people management.Key responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and execute long-term business strategy and growth plans.</li><li>Oversee financial performance, budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation.</li><li>Manage client relationships, key accounts, and external partnerships.</li><li>Lead executive teams and support staff to improve performance and accountability.</li><li>Ensure compliance with applicable legal, regulatory, and industry standards.</li><li>Identify new business opportunities and guide market expansion.</li></ul>Required qualifications<ul><li>Proven senior leadership or partnership experience.</li><li>Strong financial management and strategic planning skills.</li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.</li><li>Experience managing teams, clients, and cross-functional priorities.</li><li>Business, management, or related degree is often preferred.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Permanent, New grad, Temporary, Internship Contract length: 12 monthsPay: QAR113.00 - QAR114.00 per hourExpected hours: No less than 20 per weekWork Location: In person
