Managing Partner

Job summary

The Managing Partner is responsible for the overall direction, performance, and growth of the firm. This role combines executive leadership, business development, financial oversight, and people management.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute long-term business strategy and growth plans.
• Oversee financial performance, budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation.
• Manage client relationships, key accounts, and external partnerships.
• Lead executive teams and support staff to improve performance and accountability.
• Ensure compliance with applicable legal, regulatory, and industry standards.
• Identify new business opportunities and guide market expansion.

Required qualifications

• Proven senior leadership or partnership experience.
• Strong financial management and strategic planning skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Experience managing teams, clients, and cross-functional priorities.
• Business, management, or related degree is often preferred.

Pay: QAR113.00 - QAR114.00 per hour
