Retail Store Manager &ndash; 5&ndash;7 Years ExperienceWe are seeking an experienced and highly organized Retail Store Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate will have 5&ndash;7 years of proven retail or F&amp;B retail management experience, strong leadership abilities, and the capability to drive store performance, efficiency, and team development.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Oversee daily store operations, staff schedules, and customer service delivery</li><li>Manage inventory, stock planning, wastage control, and timely reordering</li><li>Ensure accurate daily reporting, sales reconciliation, and cash management</li><li>Maintain store presentation, hygiene, visual display, and F&amp;B service standards</li><li>Train, supervise, and evaluate team members; ensure consistent service quality</li><li>Monitor KPIs and implement action plans for performance improvement</li><li>Resolve customer issues professionally and maintain service-level benchmarks</li><li>Enforce company policies, SOPs, health &amp; safety, and compliance standards</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Graduate degree (Business, Hospitality, or related field preferred)</li><li>5&ndash;7 years of experience in retail management</li><li>F&amp;B industry experience is mandatory</li><li>Excellent English communication skills (written &amp; verbal)</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)</li><li>Strong background in inventory management, stock control, and reporting</li><li>Knowledge of F&amp;B operations, hygiene practices, and service workflows</li><li>Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and manage high-volume environments</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
