We are currently seeking a reliable and hands-on Production Assistant with an Electrical Diploma and proven manufacturing production experience to join our fast-paced manufacturing team. This role is essential in supporting day-to-day operations, maintaining equipment functionality, and ensuring smooth production processes.The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of electrical systems and mechanical, previous experience working in a production environment, and a willingness to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys both technical and operational challenges.Key Responsibilities:Production Operations &amp; Support<ul><li>Operate and monitor machinery to ensure optimal performance and product quality.</li><li>Support daily production tasks, including material handling, machine setup, and end-of-line processes.</li><li>Troubleshoot minor electrical and mechanical issues on the production line.</li><li>Assist in maintaining production flow and meeting daily output targets.</li></ul>Electrical Maintenance<ul><li>Conduct routine checks on electrical components and perform minor repairs under supervision.</li><li>Assist the maintenance team in preventative maintenance tasks and equipment calibration.</li><li>Follow electrical safety protocols and report any potential hazards or faults immediately.</li></ul>Quality Assurance &amp; Safety<ul><li>Ensure all products meet quality standards during various stages of production.</li><li>Keep work areas clean, organized, and free from safety risks.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills:Education:<ul><li>Electrical Diploma or equivalent technical qualification is required.</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in a production or manufacturing environment is required.</li><li>Experience with machinery operation, basic troubleshooting, or electrical maintenance is an advantage.</li><li>Familiarity with industrial safety standards and quality processes is preferred.</li></ul>Technical Skills:<ul><li>Basic knowledge of electrical systems and Mechanical, tools, and safety protocols.</li><li>Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, wiring diagrams, or production schematics.</li><li>Comfortable using hand tools, testing instruments, and production equipment.</li></ul>Soft Skills:<ul><li>Attention to detail, with a strong focus on quality and accuracy.</li><li>Dependable, punctual, and capable of working independently or within a team.</li><li>Strong communication skills and ability to follow detailed instructions.</li><li>Proactive and able to work in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
