Supply Chain Officer

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Supply Chain Officer to support and optimize end-to-end supply chain operations for an innovative beverage manufacturing business. The role requires strong coordination, analytical thinking, and the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage procurement, inventory, and logistics operations to ensure uninterrupted production and distribution
• Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and internal teams to maintain efficient supply flow
• Monitor stock levels, demand forecasts, and reorder points
• Optimize supply chain processes to improve cost efficiency and reduce lead times
• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with company policies
• Maintain and update records within ERP systems
• Analyze supply chain data and generate reports for decision-making
• Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks proactively

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
• 3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in FMCG or beverage manufacturing
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes (procurement, inventory, logistics)
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Preferred Profile

• Experience in a manufacturing or food & beverage environment
• Familiarity with local and international sourcing
• Process-driven mindset with attention to detail
