Polycoat Products is looking for a QC Technician to join the Cold Cast team. We are looking for someone who is well organized and is eager to learn and work in a fast-paced industrial environment.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:<ul><li>Perform quality control testing on liquid samples created/supplied/manufactured by the production department.</li><li>Calculate test results, log and report results in a timely manner</li><li>Prepare and test analytical measurements such as titrations, moisture content, viscosity etc.</li><li>Calibrate instruments as needed</li><li>Maintaining equipment in proper working order and maintain a clean work area</li><li>Practice safe work habits, including complying with all safety, health, and environmental rules and regulations</li><li>Filing and organize all reports and paperwork pertaining to work</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Degree in Chemistry or related field</li><li>Knowledge of Microsoft Office</li><li>Ability to understand SOPs and be able to clearly communicate with other team members</li><li>Excellent organization skills and ability to multitask and work collaboratively and independently</li><li>Ability to perform physically demanding work such as moving and lifting up to 50 lbs, and standing for long periods of time</li><li>Punctuality and dependable attendance are essential</li></ul>Pay rate is upon experience.Job Type: Full TimeSchedule:<ul><li>8 hour shift (Day shift)</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $28.00 - $30.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Flexible spending account</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Health savings account</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
