Their flagship product is a secure, regulated crypto exchange building trading tools for both retail and institutional clients&mdash;including spot trading and yield generation products with a focus on compliance and security.Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop, implement, and optimize procurement strategies to ensure cost-effective purchasing while maintaining quality and compliance.</li><li>Lead the end-to-end procurement process including sourcing, vendor evaluation, contract negotiation, and supplier performance management.</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure reliability, negotiate favorable terms, and drive continuous improvement.</li><li>Conduct market research and cost analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for savings or alternative sourcing.</li><li>Oversee procurement planning based on business needs, project timelines, and inventory requirements.</li><li>Manage purchase orders, contracts, and approval workflows, ensuring accuracy and alignment with company policies.</li><li>Collaborate closely with Finance, Operations, Legal, and other cross-functional stakeholders to support business objectives and resolve procurement issues.</li><li>Monitor compliance with procurement policies, ensuring proper documentation, audit readiness, and internal controls.</li><li>Track procurement KPIs such as cost savings, lead times, supplier performance, and contract adherence.</li><li>Identify and drive process improvements to enhance procurement efficiency and scalability.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.</li><li>5+ years of procurement or supply chain experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or strategic sourcing role.</li><li>Strong negotiation and vendor management skills with a track record of achieving cost savings and favorable contract terms.</li><li>Solid understanding of procurement best practices, contract structures, and supply chain principles.</li><li>Proficiency in procurement systems, ERP platforms, and Excel for reporting and analysis.</li><li>Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.</li><li>Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.</li><li>High level of integrity, attention to detail, and accountability.</li><li>Experience in regional or global procurement, or familiarity with compliance frameworks, is a plus.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li></ul>Work Location: Remote

Their flagship product is a secure, regulated crypto exchange building trading tools for both retail and institutional clients&mdash;including spot trading and yield generation products with a focus on compliance and security.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Own the growth roadmap to increase user acquisition, activation, trading engagement, retention, and revenue for web and app.</li><li>Identify growth opportunities through data analysis, user research, and market/competitor insights.</li><li>Optimize key funnels such as onboarding, KYC, first deposit, first trade, spot trading and other products.</li><li>Design and run high-impact experiments (A/B tests, holdouts), defining hypotheses, success metrics, rollout plans, and learnings.</li><li>Partner with Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, Risk/Compliance, and Ops to deliver growth initiatives end- to-end.</li><li>Track and report growth performance through dashboards, cohorts, and unit economics; translate insights into actions.</li><li>Ensure growth mechanics are compliant, transparent, and aligned with risk controls and fair user outcomes.</li><li>Write clear PRDs and communicate priorities, results, and next steps to stakeholders and leadership.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>3-6+ years of product management experience, with meaningful ownership of growth, funnels, or experimentation.</li><li>Proven track record of shipping features and running experiments that improved core metrics.</li><li>Strong analytical skills in funnels, cohorts, retention, and A/B testing; comfortable using data to drive decisions.</li><li>Excellent product sense and ability to define clear problems, solutions, and success metrics.</li><li>Experience collaborating cross-functionally in fast-paced environments.</li><li>Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.</li><li>Nice-to-have: experience in crypto exchange/brokerage, trading products, or regulated fintech; familiarity with KYC/AML, fraud, incentives, and multi-currency economics; SQL or hands-on analytics ability.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li></ul>Work Location: Remote
