Role Overview
The Event & Sponsorship Leader drives Bybit’s global event and sponsorship strategy to elevate brand presence across Web3 and adjacent industries. This role leads industry events, sponsorships, and internal events, ensuring strategic alignment, consistent standards, and world-class execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Industry Events: Own planning and delivery of major global events; build event roadmaps aligned with business goals; ensure high-quality execution and strong follow-through.
- Sponsorships: Lead end-to-end sponsorship strategy, from opportunity sourcing to ROI evaluation; negotiate and activate high-impact partnerships.
- Internal Events: Drive internal event strategy (anniversaries, hackathons, summits) to strengthen culture and brand; build scalable SOPs.
- Team Leadership: Lead and develop a high-performing team with clear ownership, structure, and execution discipline.
- External Partnerships: Represent Bybit with organizers, agencies, and partners; expand ecosystem relationships and new collaboration models.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Branding, PR, KOL, Content, Product Marketing, PMO, and BUs for unified messaging and amplification.
- Budget & Risk Management: Manage large-scale budgets, vendors, timelines, and risks to deliver events on time and within budget.
Must-Have
- 6+ years in events, sponsorships, partnerships, or marketing
- Proven experience delivering large-scale international events
- Strong leadership, BD, negotiation, and communication skills
- Fast execution, strong ownership, and attention to detail
Preferred
- Experience in Web3, fintech, or global tech brands
- Strong network with event agencies and organizers
