Role Overview
We are looking for a Business Development Manager – Strategic Alliances who will play a critical role in building and scaling XOTO’s partner ecosystem. The role focuses on identifying, onboarding, and managing high-value strategic partnerships across real estate, financial services, home services, and PropTech platforms.
You will be responsible for creating win-win alliances that drive revenue, platform adoption, and long-term growth.
Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Partnerships & Alliances
- Identify and onboard strategic partners including:
- Real estate developers & brokerages
- Mortgage & banking partners
- Home services providers (interiors, landscaping, maintenance, renovations)
- Technology & PropTech platforms
- Structure partnership models, commercial terms, and engagement frameworks.
Business Growth & Revenue Enablement
- Drive revenue through partner-led channels and joint go-to-market initiatives.
- Design co-branded offerings, referral models, and bundled services with partners.
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to activate partnerships.
Relationship Management
- Build long-term relationships with CXOs, founders, business heads, and decision-makers.
- Act as the primary point of contact for strategic partners.
- Conduct regular partner performance reviews and optimization discussions.
Market Intelligence & Expansion
- Track industry trends across PropTech, real estate, and financial services.
- Identify new alliance opportunities aligned with XOTO’s expansion roadmap.
- Support market entry strategies for new geographies and verticals.
Internal Collaboration
- Coordinate with product, tech, and operations teams to ensure smooth partner onboarding and integration.
- Align partnerships with XOTO’s brand positioning and customer experience goals.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5–8 years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, or Alliances
- Prior experience in PropTech, Real Estate, BFSI, FinTech, or Marketplaces preferred
- Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and deal-structuring skills
- Proven track record of closing strategic partnerships
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
Preferred Profile
- Experience working with developers, banks, NBFCs, or home service aggregators
- Understanding of O2O (Offline-to-Online) business models
- Startup or high-growth company exposure is a plus
