Monaghan Leahy, LLP, a well-established, full-service law firm in Portland, Maine, is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Transactional Associate Attorney with 3&ndash;5 years of experience to join its growing transactional practice.This position offers the opportunity to work on a wide range of commercial matters, including banking and commercial finance, real estate transactions, business formation, commercial contracts, as well as occasional estate planning and probate matters.
