Your dedication and attentive care will make a meaningful difference in their daily lives, ensuring they receive respectful, reliable, and professional assistance tailored to their unique needs.Duties<ul><li>Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility to promote independence and dignity</li><li>Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed, adhering to dietary restrictions and preferences</li><li>Provide medication reminders and ensure proper administration under supervision or as authorized</li><li>Perform light housekeeping tasks including laundry, cleaning, and organizing to maintain a safe and hygienic living space</li><li>Offer companionship by engaging clients in conversations, recreational activities, and emotional support</li><li>Monitor clients&rsquo; health status, report any changes or concerns promptly to family members or healthcare professionals</li><li>Support clients during outings or appointments, ensuring safety and comfort at all times</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Prior experience in in-home caregiving or personal support roles preferred but not required; training provided for the right candidate</li><li>Strong understanding of elderly care, Geriatrics, or post-acute care environments is highly desirable</li><li>Experience working with individuals with disabilities or chronic health conditions is advantageous</li><li>Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trusting relationships with clients and their families</li><li>Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently; familiarity with emergency procedures is a plus</li><li>Knowledge of basic medical-surgical procedures and medication management is beneficial</li><li>Compassionate attitude with a commitment to providing respectful, patient-centered care</li></ul>Join us in creating a positive impact through dedicated in-home support!
