Key Responsibilities1. Business Development &amp; Lead Generation Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities across residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors in the UAE Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified leads through field visits, networking, referrals, and digital channels Establish and nurture relationships with property developers, real estate agents, interior designers, and main contractors Represent Mondo at client meetings, showrooms, and industry events to increase brand visibility2. Client Management &amp; Consultation Conduct site visits and client consultations to understand project scope, requirements, and budget. Work alongside the interior designer to present tailored proposals and design concepts that meet client expectations. Guide clients through the full range of Mondo's services and product offerings with confidence and technical knowledge. Manage client communications professionally from the first inquiry through to a signed contract3. Quotation, Negotiation &amp; Closing: Prepare accurate and competitive quotations using Mondo's standardised pricing and costing templates. Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and timelines while protecting company margins. Follow up on all outstanding proposals and ensure no lead is lost without a structured closing attempt. Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management4. CRM &amp; Reporting Log all leads, activities, follow-ups, and deal statuses accurately in the company CRM (Zoho). Provide weekly sales pipeline reports to the business owner, including inquiry volume, conversion rates, and forecasted revenue Confidential Identify patterns in lost deals and provide feedback to improve proposals and pricing 5. Coordination with Operations: Coordinate with the site foreman and production team to ensure project timelines and client commitments are realistic and achievable. Act as the key liaison between the client and the delivery team post-contract to ensure smooth handover. Coordination with Operations<ul><li>Coordinate with the site foreman and production team to ensure project timelines and client commitments are realistic and achievable</li><li>Act as the key liaison between the client and the delivery team post-contract to ensure smooth handover</li><li>Flag any scope changes or client requests during delivery and manage expectations professionally</li></ul>Requirements &amp; QualificationsMust-Have Requirements<ul><li>3 to 5 years of proven sales experience in interior fit-out, woodworking, carpentry, or construction in the UAE</li><li>Strong understanding of woodworking materials, fit-out processes, and project delivery timelines</li><li>Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets</li><li>Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (Arabic is a strong advantage)</li><li>Ability to read and interpret basic design drawings, BOQs, and project specifications</li><li>Experience in preparing quotations and managing end-to-end client sales cycles</li><li>Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle (field visits are a core part of the role)</li><li>Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office / Google Workspace</li></ul>Nice-to-Have (Preferred)<ul><li>Prior experience selling to property developers, main contractors, or high-end residential clients in the UAE</li><li>Existing network of contacts in the UAE construction, real estate, or interior design industry</li><li>Knowledge of CRM or similar sales management tools</li><li>Familiarity with UAE procurement processes, LPOs, and commercial contract structures</li><li>Arabic language proficiency (spoken and written)</li></ul>Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per monthLicense/Certification:<ul><li>driver license (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
