Job description:

The Sales Executive will be the commercial face of Mondo, responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and closing deals across our full range of woodworking and interior fit-out services. This is a high-impact, field-based role that requires someone who understands the fit-out and construction industry, can read client needs quickly, and thrives in a target-driven environment.

You will work directly with the business owner and collaborate closely with the design and production team to ensure every client interaction is professional, informed, and conversion-focused.
Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development & Lead Generation

  • Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities across residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors in the UAE
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified leads through field visits, networking, referrals, and digital channels
  • Establish and nurture relationships with property developers, real estate agents, interior designers, and main contractors
  • Represent Mondo at client meetings, showrooms, and industry events to increase brand visibility

2. Client Management & Consultation

  • Conduct site visits and client consultations to understand project scope, requirements, and budget
  • Work alongside the interior designer to present tailored proposals and design concepts that meet client expectations
  • Guide clients through the full range of Mondo's services and product offerings with confidence and technical knowledge
  • Manage client communications professionally from first inquiry through to signed contract

3. Quotation, Negotiation & Closing

  • Prepare accurate and competitive quotations using Mondo's standardized pricing and costing templates
  • Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and timelines while protecting company margins
  • Follow up on all outstanding proposals and ensure no lead is lost without a structured closing attempt
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management

4. CRM & Reporting

  • Log all leads, activities, follow-ups, and deal statuses accurately in the company CRM
  • Provide weekly sales pipeline reports to management, including inquiry volume, conversion rates, and forecasted revenue
  • Identify patterns in lost deals and provide feedback to improve proposals and pricing

5. Coordination with Operations

  • Coordinate with the site foreman and production team to ensure project timelines and client commitments are realistic and achievable
  • Act as the key liaison between the client and the delivery team post-contract to ensure smooth handover
  • Flag any scope changes or client requests during delivery and manage expectations professionally

Requirements & Qualifications

Must-Have Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of proven sales experience in interior fit-out, woodworking, carpentry, or construction in the UAE
  • Strong understanding of woodworking materials, fit-out processes, and project delivery timelines
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (Arabic is a strong advantage)
  • Ability to read and interpret basic design drawings, BOQs, and project specifications
  • Experience in preparing quotations and managing end-to-end client sales cycles
  • Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle (field visits are a core part of the role)
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office / Google Workspace

Nice-to-Have (Preferred)

  • Prior experience selling to property developers, main contractors, or high-end residential clients in the UAE
  • Existing network of contacts in the UAE construction, real estate, or interior design industry
  • Knowledge of CRM or similar sales management tools
  • Familiarity with UAE procurement processes, LPOs, and commercial contract structures
  • Arabic language proficiency (spoken and written)

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month

License/Certification:

  • driver license (Preferred)
