Essential Functions &amp; Responsibilities:Digital Marketing:<ul><li>Spearhead &amp; collaborate on upgrades, edits, and changes to Money FCU's automated services, maintaining consistency and excellence across all delivery channels.</li><li>Maintain website, assuring accuracy and timely content and ads.</li><li>Manage our social media presence - engaging and connecting with our members.</li><li>Maintain communication with our members including posts, updates, and rate adjustments, delivering timely and relevant content.</li><li>Lead the charge on website updates, changes, and keeping our online presence fresh and vibrant.</li><li>Continuously monitor our digital marketing efforts to boost engagement and drive results.</li></ul>Content Creation:<ul><li>Understand &amp; maintain knowledge of all credit union policies and procedures to ensure that all marketing communications conform to applicable regulatory and credit union standards.</li><li>Craft compelling written content across diverse platforms, ensuring alignment with Money FCU's brand identity and messaging standards.</li><li>Demonstrate proficiency in contemporary SEO and conversion optimization techniques, specifically in crafting keyword-rich copy tailored for websites, landing pages, banners, and social media platforms.</li><li>Write and edit copy for external communications, maintaining consistency and effectiveness while adhering to SEO and conversion optimization principles.</li><li>Collaborate closely with team to shape and maintain Money FCU's brand messaging.</li><li>Keep Money FCU's brand voice, tone, and messaging on point across all channels, ensuring a unified and impactful brand presence.</li><li>Continuously fine-tune copy based on performance metrics, user feedback, and industry best practices.</li><li>Polish and refine copy for accuracy, grammar, punctuation, and clarity, ensuring flawless content that reflects Money FCU&rsquo;s commitment to excellence.</li></ul>Collaborative Teamwork:<ul><li>Back up CU&rsquo;s Call Center and incoming Member Chats and assist with in-person branch lobby traffic. As a staff of eight, it is required that we collaborate on covering the member-facing tasks and assisting each other with critical tasks due to ever-changing day-to-day situations.</li><li>Collaborate with and support teammates, working closely to ensure seamless and positive experiences with members and coworkers.</li><li>Coordinate and/or lead staff training to drive living our mission in every member interaction.</li><li>Perform all other duties as assigned.
