Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing:

  • Spearhead & collaborate on upgrades, edits, and changes to Money FCU's automated services, maintaining consistency and excellence across all delivery channels.
  • Maintain website, assuring accuracy and timely content and ads.
  • Manage our social media presence - engaging and connecting with our members.
  • Maintain communication with our members including posts, updates, and rate adjustments, delivering timely and relevant content.
  • Lead the charge on website updates, changes, and keeping our online presence fresh and vibrant.
  • Continuously monitor our digital marketing efforts to boost engagement and drive results.

Content Creation:

  • Understand & maintain knowledge of all credit union policies and procedures to ensure that all marketing communications conform to applicable regulatory and credit union standards.
  • Craft compelling written content across diverse platforms, ensuring alignment with Money FCU's brand identity and messaging standards.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in contemporary SEO and conversion optimization techniques, specifically in crafting keyword-rich copy tailored for websites, landing pages, banners, and social media platforms.
  • Write and edit copy for external communications, maintaining consistency and effectiveness while adhering to SEO and conversion optimization principles.
  • Collaborate closely with team to shape and maintain Money FCU's brand messaging.
  • Keep Money FCU's brand voice, tone, and messaging on point across all channels, ensuring a unified and impactful brand presence.
  • Continuously fine-tune copy based on performance metrics, user feedback, and industry best practices.
  • Polish and refine copy for accuracy, grammar, punctuation, and clarity, ensuring flawless content that reflects Money FCU’s commitment to excellence.

Collaborative Teamwork:

  • Back up CU’s Call Center and incoming Member Chats and assist with in-person branch lobby traffic. As a staff of eight, it is required that we collaborate on covering the member-facing tasks and assisting each other with critical tasks due to ever-changing day-to-day situations.
  • Collaborate with and support teammates, working closely to ensure seamless and positive experiences with members and coworkers.
  • Coordinate and/or lead staff training to drive living our mission in every member interaction.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned. Some travel and participation in credit union events may be required.

Qualifications:

  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign, Photoshop, Office 365, Canva, WordPress, etc.
  • Up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends
  • Demonstrates an exceptional sense of creativity
  • Experience working in financial services a plus
  • Excellent time management skills and exceptional attention to detail
  • Experience with graphic design, social media management, event planning and coordination, retail marketing, video creation and editing

Job Type: Full-time

Base Pay: $39,500.00 - $54,400.00 per year

Experience:

  • Marketing for a Financial Institution: 1 year (Preferred)

Ability to Commute:

Ability to Relocate:
