 What You&rsquo;ll Do
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Understand and analyze user requirements, and design solutions in close collaboration with the engineering team,
 </li>
 <li>
 Take ownership of product features and contribute to both design and software development processes,
 </li>
 <li>
 Shape how users navigate and find what they need by creating content and designing intuitive user flows and layouts,
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop a deep understanding of the fintech landscape, market trends, competition, and user needs,
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage multiple stakeholders and oversee the complete product development lifecycle,
 </li>
 <li>
 Analyze user data to generate insights and present recommendations to key decision-makers,
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Who You Are
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s or Master&rsquo;s degree,
 </li>
 <li>
 2&ndash;4 years of product management experience, including involvement in the development of a digital product or service,
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on attitude,
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent product intuition and strong user empathy,
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions,
 </li>
 <li>
 Passionate about new technologies and innovative ideas,
 </li>
 <li>
 Comfortable taking ownership throughout the product development process,
 </li>
 <li>
 Able to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner,
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with software development, mobile app development, and design concepts,
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English,
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with employee benefit products is a strong plus,
 </li>
