Product Manager

MoneyPay is a next-generation e-wallet for the sharing economy. We are looking for a Product Manager to join us and help make this transformation a reality.

We are looking for a Product Manager with passion for building products that millions of people use everyday. As a part of our Product team, you will be responsible for creating an excellent experience for our users in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

• Understand and analyze user requirements, and design solutions in close collaboration with the engineering team,
• Take ownership of product features and contribute to both design and software development processes,
• Shape how users navigate and find what they need by creating content and designing intuitive user flows and layouts,
• Develop a deep understanding of the fintech landscape, market trends, competition, and user needs,
• Manage multiple stakeholders and oversee the complete product development lifecycle,
• Analyze user data to generate insights and present recommendations to key decision-makers,

Who You Are

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree,
• 2–4 years of product management experience, including involvement in the development of a digital product or service,
• Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on attitude,
• Excellent product intuition and strong user empathy,
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions,
• Passionate about new technologies and innovative ideas,
• Comfortable taking ownership throughout the product development process,
• Able to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner,
• Familiarity with software development, mobile app development, and design concepts,
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English,
• Experience with employee benefit products is a strong plus,
