OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Office Administrator to join our team!Manage calendar scheduling, appointment setting, and meeting arrangements for staff members using tools like Google Workspace and Microsoft OfficePerform data entry, filing, and record keeping with accuracy and attention to detail, ensuring all documents are properly organized and accessibleSupport bookkeeping activities by tracking expenses, processing invoices, and maintaining financial records using QuickBooks or similar softwareProvide customer support by addressing inquiries promptly, proofreading correspondence for clarity, and ensuring excellent service standards are maintainedThere is also a need for sending bills and making sure payments are up to date.ExperienceProven office experience or clerical background demonstrating strong organizational skills and multitasking abilityFamiliarity with computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applicationsStrong knowledge of bookkeeping practices using QuickBooksExceptional time management skills combined with attention to detail in proofreading documents and managing schedulesJob Type: Part-timePay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hourWork Location: Hybrid remote in Chatham, MA 02633
