Whether you're trimming trees, installing hardscapes, or caring for lawns, you'll play a vital part in transforming outdoor areas into stunning landscapes.Responsibilities<ul><li>Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, edging, pruning, and planting to keep outdoor spaces vibrant and healthy</li><li>Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment such as excavators safely and efficiently for various landscaping projects</li><li>Maintain irrigation systems by inspecting, repairing, and installing components to ensure optimal watering schedules</li><li>Execute tree care activities including trimming, pruning, and planting to promote safety and aesthetic appeal</li><li>Assist with hardscape installations such as patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other construction elements</li><li>Conduct lawn care routines like fertilizing, aerating, and weed control to sustain lush turf conditions</li><li>Support snow plowing operations during winter months to ensure safe access and clear pathways in all weather conditions</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven mechanical knowledge with experience operating landscaping equipment and hand tools</li><li>Strong background in lawn care, landscape maintenance, and gardening practices</li><li>Familiarity with irrigation systems, tree care techniques, and hardscape construction is preferred</li><li>Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards</li><li>Knowledge of horticulture principles and landscape design concepts is a plus</li><li>Experience with snow plowing or winter maintenance activities is advantageous</li><li>Excellent teamwork skills combined with the motivation to learn new techniques and grow within the industry</li></ul>We&rsquo;re committed to supporting your professional development while providing a rewarding environment filled with opportunities to create beautiful landscapes.
