As an Operations Coordinator at Monster Energy, you'll be the driving force that ensures our high-energy operations run seamlessly every day. You'll supercharge our processes, acting as the vital link between dynamic departments. Your role will involve providing administrative support to our powerhouse operations team, from scheduling adrenaline-pumping meetings to preparing insightful reports and maintaining organized files. Collaborate with management to strategize and execute bold logistics plans that align with Monster Energy's thrilling vision and ambitious goals. <h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
The impact you'll make:</b></h2>
<ul><li>Provide administrative support to the operations team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, records on<br>
department activities for management, and maintaining files. Manage travel calendars, hotel bookings, and other travel<br>
related tasks.</li>
<li>Coordinate and manage project tasks and deliverables to ensure timely execution. Maintain the department shared<br>
folders, forms, and document library.</li>
<li>Evaluate current procedures and practices for accomplishing department objectives to develop and implement<br>
improved procedures and practices</li>
<li>Work with management to plan and execute strategies and logistics in alignment with company vision and goals.</li>
<li>Liaise with various departments to streamline workflows and resolve operational bottlenecks, implement solutions.</li>
FMCE <li>- Responsible for supporting the field teams with travel arrangements, processing of invoices and expenses<br>
accrued by FMCE staff. Process Penske rental request, and forklift invoices. Support Collegiate with any special<br>
administration assignments</li>
Collegiate Marketing <li>- Manage CAT contracts - review requests, sign, submit event contract requests in the contract<br>
management system and track until fully executed. Manage internal POS requests and Inventory. Support on Mass POS<br>
Orders and other program supply needs. Assist with internal recognition programs , upkeep and fulfilment of prizes .<br>
Includes reconciling reports, maintaining inventory and packing / shipping.</li>
</ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Who you are:</b></h2>
Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of ;<ul><li>- Business Administration, Communication, or related field of study</li>
<li>Additional Experience Desired: Between 1-3 years of experience in an administrative assistant position</li>
<li>Additional Experience Desired: Minimum 1 year of experience in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) environment</li>
<li>Computer Skills Desired: Proficient with Microsoft Office. Working knowledge of CONCUR, SAP, Conga and Click Up is preferred but not required</li>

Support the filming and production process for all digital asset needs, video production for internal, external use, and special projects. Film potential content, edit to a final product to be used in various forms digitally.</p>

The Impact You'll Make:</b></h2>
Contribute to the production of short, medium form content from beginning to end <ul><li>- filming, editing, sound design, and distribution for brand plans.</li>
<li>Assist with the creation, conception, and presentation of social media integration efforts for offline, online marketing campaigns.</li>
<li>Provide a creative resource with the ability to film, edit, and produce quick turn assets for a myriad of projects and needs.</li>
<li>Work across cross-functional teams to take projects from concept to execution.</li>
<li>Collaborate with creative teams both internally and externally to deliver content and creative on time.</li>
<li>Create brand centric impact content across various digital channels as well as internal, external meeting needs.</li>
<li>Manage any changes in scope of work, schedule, and the overall project to ensure timely delivery and content.</li>
<li>Ability to film brand content with short turn arounds and high-quality production.</li>
</ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Who You Are:</b></h2>
Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of <ul><li>- Marketing or other related fields.</li>
<li>Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator</li>
<li>Between 3-5 years of experience in multiple social media platforms and requirements.</li>

Content Manager

 </b><b>A day in the life:</b></p>
<p>
In the position of POS Procurement Manager, you will maintain inventory and procurement of Point of Sale (POS) items by tracking SAP item set ups, Purchase Order (PO) submissions, logistics and delivery of sustaining inventory and individual requests while keeping in line with Monster Brand standards, warehouse requirements, and vendor Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) and factory vetting. Keep teams well-informed on project timelines and pricing and liaise POS strategy with company stakeholders.</p>
<p><b>
The impact you'll make:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Work with external vendor partners to gather and collaborate on project requirements and timelines negotiating best cost and quality on variety of projects.</li>
<li>Formalize procurement processes and manage library of material/packaging specs, art revisions, vendor contact sheet.</li>
<li>Maintain custom, sustaining, and trimester needs with multiple internal departments from item set up to delivery.
<br>
Manage all timelines/ due dates, pertaining to vendor selection/quotes, art routing, delivery details, PO submission, and item numbers.</li>
<li>Keep monthly reported averages of sustaining POS items to track for increases/decreases in demand to help suggest high/low demanded items and SAP re-order points.</li>
<li>Pull and maintain weekly inventory reporting.</li>
<li>Manage flow of trimester promotions to include material number generation, vendor quoting spreadsheet, PO processing, art retrieval and proofing, and logistics for all sales orders.</li>
<li>Attend vendor meetings and pull vendor spend analysis reports.</li>
<li>Assist in set ups needed for internal Monster Shop POS ordering site.</li>
<li>Maintain vendor NDA and vetting forms and approvals.</li>
<li>Assist with display and special projects, as needed.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Who you are:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of -Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field</li>
<li>Additional Experience Desired: Between 1-3 years of experience in procurement</li>
<li>Additional Experience Desired: Between 1-3 years of experience in supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, prices</li>
<li>Computer Skills Desired: Advanced experience in Microsoft Office suite and advanced SAP reporting experience.</li>
<li>Additional Knowledge or Skills to be Successful in this role: Print, display experience preferred</li>
</ul>
<p>Monster Energy provides a competitive total compensation. This position has an estimated yearly salary rate of $75,000 to $81,506. The actual pay may vary depending on your skills, qualifications, experience, and work location.</p></div>
