A day in the life:
In the position of POS Procurement Manager, you will maintain inventory and procurement of Point of Sale (POS) items by tracking SAP item set ups, Purchase Order (PO) submissions, logistics and delivery of sustaining inventory and individual requests while keeping in line with Monster Brand standards, warehouse requirements, and vendor Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) and factory vetting. Keep teams well-informed on project timelines and pricing and liaise POS strategy with company stakeholders.
The impact you'll make:
- Work with external vendor partners to gather and collaborate on project requirements and timelines negotiating best cost and quality on variety of projects.
- Formalize procurement processes and manage library of material/packaging specs, art revisions, vendor contact sheet.
- Maintain custom, sustaining, and trimester needs with multiple internal departments from item set up to delivery.
Manage all timelines/ due dates, pertaining to vendor selection/quotes, art routing, delivery details, PO submission, and item numbers. - Keep monthly reported averages of sustaining POS items to track for increases/decreases in demand to help suggest high/low demanded items and SAP re-order points.
- Pull and maintain weekly inventory reporting.
- Manage flow of trimester promotions to include material number generation, vendor quoting spreadsheet, PO processing, art retrieval and proofing, and logistics for all sales orders.
- Attend vendor meetings and pull vendor spend analysis reports.
- Assist in set ups needed for internal Monster Shop POS ordering site.
- Maintain vendor NDA and vetting forms and approvals.
- Assist with display and special projects, as needed.
Who you are:
- Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of -Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field
- Additional Experience Desired: Between 1-3 years of experience in procurement
- Additional Experience Desired: Between 1-3 years of experience in supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, prices
- Computer Skills Desired: Advanced experience in Microsoft Office suite and advanced SAP reporting experience.
- Additional Knowledge or Skills to be Successful in this role: Print, display experience preferred
Monster Energy provides a competitive total compensation. This position has an estimated yearly salary rate of $75,000 to $81,506. The actual pay may vary depending on your skills, qualifications, experience, and work location.
