Union based Commercial HVAC &amp; Refrigeration company seeking an experienced dispatcher.Qualifications: <ul><li>Ability to provide professional customer service.</li><li>Data entry skills with attention to details.</li><li>Ability to analyze situations quickly and route technicians accordingly</li><li>Ability to work assigned shift and rotated weekly on call rotations</li><li>ability to pass drug test along with background screenings.</li><li>Basic office skills and knowledge of word &amp; excel</li><li>Must have Reliable transportation</li></ul>Responsibilities : <ul><li>Receive and prioritize incoming service requests via phone and emails.</li><li>Dispatching technicians properly based on availability and location.</li><li>Maintain communication with technicians and log updates efficiently.</li><li>Monitor ongoing service repairs and provide updates to clients as necessary.</li><li>schedule service repairs and maintenances accordingly.</li><li>Checking employees timecards and invoicing weekly.</li></ul>Benefits : <ul><li>Union Benefits, PTO ,Vision &amp; Dental Insurance available after 90 days</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From $20.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>do you have Dispatch experience ?</li></ul>Work Location: In person
