Minuteman Press in Montgomery is seeking a Print &amp; Customer Experience Specialist. You will be responsible for providing customer service, inside sales, and assisting with graphics.Printing or design experience is a bonus. Inside sales experience is a plus.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Answer phones, Respond to emails and Customer service inquiries.</li><li>Print and Sign Job Estimating</li><li>Assist with Graphic &amp; Prepress on a backup basis</li><li>Assist in bindery and mailings as needed.</li><li>Maintain and grow existing customer base through effective inside sales techniques.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Strong work ethic, integrity, time management, and ready to learn.</li><li>Ability to prioritize and multitask.</li><li>Strong attention to detail.</li><li>Maintains high standards for work areas and appearances.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication &amp; phone skills.</li><li>Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods of time</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Customer Service: 2+ Years</li><li>Print Industry: 1+ Preferred</li><li>Design/Prepress: 1+ Preferred</li></ul>Skills:Ideal candidate will posses:<ul><li>experience using Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office &amp; Database software</li><li>strong communication skills both verbally and written</li><li>ability to present the company in positive, professional, and supportive manner</li><li>ability to manage email marketing is a bonus</li><li>sales or marketing experience is a bonus</li><li>printing experience is a bonus</li><li>graphic design and/or prepress knowledge is a bonus</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 per weekBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>On-the-job training</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Customer service: 1 year (Required)</li><li>Print Industry: 1 year (Preferred)</li><li>Design/Prepress: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>Montgomery, AL 36117 (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
