Print & Customer Experience Specialist

Minuteman Press in Montgomery is seeking a Print & Customer Experience Specialist. You will be responsible for providing customer service, inside sales, and assisting with graphics.

Printing or design experience is a bonus. Inside sales experience is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Answer phones, Respond to emails and Customer service inquiries.
• Print and Sign Job Estimating
• Assist with Graphic & Prepress on a backup basis
• Assist in bindery and mailings as needed.
• Maintain and grow existing customer base through effective inside sales techniques.

Qualifications:

• Strong work ethic, integrity, time management, and ready to learn.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Maintains high standards for work areas and appearances.
• Excellent written and verbal communication & phone skills.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods of time

Experience:

• Customer Service: 2+ Years
• Print Industry: 1+ Preferred
• Design/Prepress: 1+ Preferred

Skills:

Ideal candidate will posses:

• experience using Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office & Database software
• strong communication skills both verbally and written
• ability to present the company in positive, professional, and supportive manner
• ability to manage email marketing is a bonus
• sales or marketing experience is a bonus
• printing experience is a bonus
• graphic design and/or prepress knowledge is a bonus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
