Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Property Manager to oversee and manage a beautiful small portfolio in Mesquite, TX. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer relationship management skills, a solid understanding of apartment management and operations, and a commitment to providing exceptional service. This role involves ensuring compliance with Fair Housing regulations, managing resident relationships, and maintaining high occupancy rates while optimizing property performance.Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage day-to-day operations of assigned properties, ensuring they meet company standards and regulatory requirements.</li><li>Foster positive relationships with residents and address any concerns or conflicts promptly and effectively.</li><li>Oversee the leasing process, including marketing properties, conducting showings, and processing applications.</li><li>Maintain accurate records through data entry and management system in RealPage Onsite.</li><li>Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure timely repairs and upkeep of properties.</li><li>Analyze market trends to develop strategies for maximizing property performance and occupancy rates.</li><li>Provide exceptional customer service to tenants, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.</li><li>Prepare reports on property performance metrics for stakeholders.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience in property management of at least 5 years.</li><li>Strong knowledge of customer relationship management principles and conflict management strategies.</li><li>Proficient in data entry with experience using RealPage OneSite property management software.</li><li>Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with tenants and stakeholders.</li><li>Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple properties simultaneously.</li><li>Sales experience is a plus, contributing to effective leasing strategies.</li></ul>Join our team as a Property Manager where you can apply your expertise in property management while making a positive impact on the communities we serve!Job Type: Full-timePay: $50,000.00 - $54,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Employee discount</li><li>Health savings account</li><li>Retirement plan</li></ul>Work Location: In person
