Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Property Manager to oversee and manage a beautiful small portfolio in Mesquite, TX. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer relationship management skills, a solid understanding of apartment management and operations, and a commitment to providing exceptional service. This role involves ensuring compliance with Fair Housing regulations, managing resident relationships, and maintaining high occupancy rates while optimizing property performance.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of assigned properties, ensuring they meet company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Foster positive relationships with residents and address any concerns or conflicts promptly and effectively.
- Oversee the leasing process, including marketing properties, conducting showings, and processing applications.
- Maintain accurate records through data entry and management system in RealPage Onsite.
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure timely repairs and upkeep of properties.
- Analyze market trends to develop strategies for maximizing property performance and occupancy rates.
- Provide exceptional customer service to tenants, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Prepare reports on property performance metrics for stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in property management of at least 5 years.
- Strong knowledge of customer relationship management principles and conflict management strategies.
- Proficient in data entry with experience using RealPage OneSite property management software.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with tenants and stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple properties simultaneously.
- Sales experience is a plus, contributing to effective leasing strategies.
