Marketing ManagerLocation: Korangi P&amp;T SocietyTimings: 10:00 AM &ndash; 7:00 PM (Normal working days, not Ramadan)About the Role:Montivo is looking for a creative and performance-driven Marketing Manager who can take ownership of our sales growth and brand positioning. If you understand fashion marketing, Gen-Z aesthetics, and digital trends, this role is for you.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop and execute strategies to increase product sales</li><li>Build and strengthen overall brand positioning &amp; identity</li><li>Create and manage content strategy (aesthetic, minimal, trend-focused)</li><li>Improve Montivo&rsquo;s digital presence across platforms</li><li>Research and collaborate with influencers</li><li>Conduct trend research on Instagram &amp; Pinterest</li><li>Focus on performance-driven marketing ideas</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Strong understanding of brand-focused marketing</li><li>Creative mindset with an eye for aesthetic content</li><li>Good communication and coordination skills</li><li>Strong research and analytical abilities</li><li>Ability to work independently and take initiative Bonus Skills:</li><li>Knowledge of Facebook/Meta Ads</li><li>Email marketing experience</li></ul>If you&rsquo;re passionate about fashion, branding, and scaling eCommerce brands, we&rsquo;d love to hear from you.Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
